CBC Construction was engaged as the main contractor for the delivery of Penske New Zealand’s purpose built, state of the art Tauranga headquarters and heavy vehicle service facility in the Tauriko Business Estate.

The project comprised a 3,825m² industrial building and 10,956m² concrete yard, incorporating specialised workshop and servicing infrastructure, including eleven truck service bays, inspection facilities, a transport engineering workshop, wash bay, service pit, and heavy duty vehicle hoists.

Careful coordination of structural, civil, and specialist services was required to deliver the facility to Penske’s operational standards. The completed development demonstrates CBC Construction’s capability to successfully deliver complex industrial projects with specialised technical requirements.
