CBC Construction was engaged as the main contractor for the delivery of the NZ Windows warehouse and office complex in Tauriko, a new-build industrial development supporting NZ Windows’ operational and future growth needs. The project included a 3,435m² highbay workshop and a 450m² office, delivering a cohesive, fit-for-purpose facility integrating manufacturing and administration functions. CBC managed all construction activities, including programme delivery, subcontractor coordination, quality and health and safety, successfully delivering a high-quality industrial facility to budget, programme and client expectations.
