CBC Construction was proud to deliver the new Oranga Tamariki Pāpāmoa facility, Ngā Parirau, creating a purpose-built environment that supports the Ministry’s vital work with children, young people and whānau. The two-level office and community-focused facility was designed to foster collaboration, wellbeing, and connection, while incorporating sustainable features including rooftop solar, electric vehicle charging, and e-bike facilities. Working closely with the client and project partners, we delivered a modern, high-quality workspace that reflects the unique character of Pāpāmoa and provides a welcoming base for Oranga Tamariki’s regional operations.
