EmployNZ Tauranga is a purpose-built tertiary education facility designed to support the next generation of learners. Delivered by CBC Construction as the main contractor, the three-storey, high-spec development combines modern training environments with ground-floor retail space and undercover parking. Working closely with the client, consultants, and design team, CBC successfully delivered the project creating a vibrant, future-focused learning hub that balances functionality, comfort, and striking architectural presence. The completed facility provides flexible teaching spaces, specialist training areas, and welcoming communal environments that continue to serve EmployNZ and Avonmore Tertiary Institute as a cornerstone of vocational education in Tauranga.
