DHB2 is a purpose-built commercial and healthcare facility delivered by CBC Construction as part of the ongoing development of the 17th Avenue Business Park in Tauranga. Constructed on a challenging reclaimed site adjacent to Tauranga Hospital, the project required innovative foundation and structural solutions to ensure long-term performance and flexibility. Working closely with the client, consultants, and end users, CBC delivered a modern two-storey building designed to meet the specialised needs of healthcare tenants while maintaining adaptability for future occupancy.
