When the ANZ Business Centre opened in 2012, it was deemed a trophy building for Tauranga. This prominent building on the corner of Cameron Road and Elizabeth Street, was the largest commercial office development undertaken in the city for 35 years. CBC Construction’s ability to secure key tenants made the project fly. The building won the award of Excellence at the Property Industry Awards in 2013.

Following construction, CBC also managed the high-end integrated fit-out of all tenancies including KPMG and Staples Rodway, ANZ Bank, Cooney Lees Morgan, Bayleys Real Estate and Elizabeth Café & Larder. Even with the additional fit-out work, the building was finished on time and on budget
